🗑️ How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your FairyAI account directly from the app:

Open the FairyAI app
Go to Settings
Select Privacy & Data
Tap Delete Account (in red)
Read the warnings and confirm
Enter your password to verify
Tap final delete confirmation

⚠️ Important: Subscription Warning
Deleting your account does NOT cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately:

iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions

📧 Alternative: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email:

Email: legal@fairyai.co.uk

Include your account email address in your request.

📊 What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following will be permanently removed:

All your created stories and story history
Custom characters you've created
Generated songs and narrations
Account preferences and settings
Subscription and purchase history
User feedback and support tickets

⏱️ Data Retention

For legal compliance and security purposes:

Your account is immediately deactivated
Data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion
This allows for account recovery in case of accidental deletion
